Refund Policy

Leaderboard placements are digital services delivered immediately: your listing appears on the board as soon as payment is confirmed.

All leaderboard payments are final and non-refundable once the listing has gone live.
Being outranked by later payments, or the daily board resetting at 00:00 UTC, is how the leaderboard works and is not grounds for a refund.
If your payment went through but your listing never appeared, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you in full.
If we remove a listing because it broke the Terms of Service, it is not refunded.
