On Halloween night, listen to each soul's story and ask questions. On a phone, tap the question buttons, tap the LIE! stamp on the answer that doesn't add up, then tap the HEAVEN or HELL lever. On desktop, press 1, 2 or 3 to ask, L to stamp LIE!, and the arrow keys or A/D to judge.
