  3. 3A moderator checks it, usually within a day, then anyone can vote.
  4. 4Voting closes October 31, 23:59 UTC. The most-voted costume and pumpkin win.

Yes. Entering and voting are free, with nothing to buy.
Who can vote?
Anyone, without an account. Each person gets one vote per entry.
Can kids enter?
Yes, with a parent's permission. Don't show names, schools or addresses in the photo.
What do winners get?
Bragging rights and a place in our Hall of Fame on the site.
